A twenty-five-year financial services industry veteran, Russell Boezak has worked in bulge-bracket investment and commercial banks such as Morgan Stanley, Barclays, UBS, AIG, Atlas Mara, ABSA and Old Mutual, having actively worked in over 20 countries.    

Russell shares the executive function of Warders Sullen, with a focus on the design of practice areas and the implementation of commercial strategies to build and lead the company’s growth aspirations.

Shareese Boezak is the co-founder and majority shareholder of Warders Sullen. In her current role at Warders Sullen, she shares responsibility for executive functions, overseeing internal operations, ensuring the effective management of the target operating model, and maintaining robust financial controls. She also coordinates with the legal, finance, HR, and IT teams to support the fund’s investment initiatives and practice operations.

Colin Millar is a technology professional with wide international experience in the Sales and Management of Digitisation, Professional Services (PS) and Business Consulting engagements in Telco and Financial Services. Colin is responsible for the build-out of the reseller, consulting and advisory practices of Warders Sullen, as well as driving commercial and GTM strategies. 

Yochai Korn is an experienced financial executive with a global perspective and a proven track record in strategic investment management, business leadership, and operational excellence. He represents the fund in key external relationships with investors, advisors, and portfolio companies, guiding mergers, acquisitions and exits. He also plays a critical leadership role, overseeing the fund’s strategic direction and major investment decisions.
